We are delighted to offer custom furniture options. Our bespoke manufacturing service includes two levels:
- Option 1 –
Modifications to Existing Designs
This option involves making minor changes to standard Artisan Furniture pieces. For instance, you could request a different style of knob, a unique wood finish, adjusted dimensions, or a new fabric. In such cases, the design rights will remain with Artisan Furniture, and you will be required to accept delivery of the items as soon as they arrive in Canada.
- Option 2 –
Completely New Creations
For this option, you provide a brand-new design, and we determine if it can be crafted in wood. The design should be significantly different from our existing offerings. Once we come to an agreement, the design rights will belong to you, and you will have exclusive ownership of the product.
Artisan Furniture will decide whether a new product falls under Option 1 or Option 2. Customized items are subject to our standard terms.
Delivery Schedule
The typical delivery timeframe is between 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the order’s complexity.
Pricing Information
Prices are available upon request and may vary slightly when the final product is completed (+/- 5%).
Sketch Availability
Note: We can provide a sketch upon request. Please be aware that the sketch proportions are approximate, and final product dimensions may vary based on artisan craftsmanship. The dimensions in the sketch are for reference only.
Product Details
All product details must be communicated clearly and concisely to our design team.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, refunds, changes, or replacements of custom products are not accepted.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders.
Photo Approval
Photos will be provided for approval before delivery.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before delivery; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

Bespoke Pricing Adjustment Guidelines
If you choose to modify the finish or upholstery fabric of your item, the pricing will be adjusted as follows, provided the design, size, accessories, configuration, and packaging remain unchanged:
• Finish Change: +7% price increase due to additional processing and production modifications.
• Fabric Change (excluding leather): +7% price increase for switching between fabric types (e.g., from velvet to tweed).
• Fabric to Leather: Case to case basis with no fixed guidelines.
• Leather to Fabric: Case to case basis with no fixed guidances.
Note: These bespoke pricing adjustments ensure that your customized piece meets our highest quality standards while accommodating the necessary modifications. Since each request requires additional resources and adjustments to our production process, these price changes reflect the complexity of customization while maintaining efficiency.
