We are thrilled to announce that our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)-based seamless dropship connection is now available. During the trial period, this service is completely free for Artisan Furniture clients.
Your website or e-commerce accounts can now seamlessly integrate with our database using an ERP-based data integration system. This includes photos, dimensions, product information, prices, stock levels, and more, all updated in near real-time. Any new products or updates will be automatically included in the integration.
There is no need to worry about data accuracy or currency. The future of dropshipping technology is here.
The following platforms are now supported using the ERP:
- Using Webhook: Our ERP can connect to any website platform if you provide a WEBHOOK.
- Plugins: For websites already in operation, plugins are recommended. Available plugins for WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and Wix can create a ‘digital bridge’ for data synchronization.
- Shopify: Available for accounts on Shopify.
- Etsy: Usable with Etsy accounts.
- eBay: Compatible with eBay accounts.
- Wish: Available for Wish accounts.
- OnBuy: Compatible with OnBuy accounts.
How the System Works
- Visit artisanflo.ca
- Enter your username and password, which is the same as your trade account login information.
- Dashboard Overview
- At the top of the ERP page, you will see three tabs: Dashboard, Products, and API Manager. This guidance is contained in the dashboard, providing an overview of the ERP process.
Detailed Steps in the API Manager:
- Shopify Sync Procedure:
- Enter your Shopify account URL.
- Input your Shopify account’s username and password.
- Once connected, items will start syncing automatically. This process may take a few hours, and you can monitor the progress of individual products under the Products tab.
- Products will appear in your Shopify account as “Draft.” You can make the buy prices live and accessible for purchase once you’ve converted them to selling prices.
- Webhook Sync Procedure:
- Enter the webhook associated with your website to begin the sync process.
- The webhook will send a status code to your platform, enabling it to sync with ours.
- You can view all products in the Artisan database by navigating to the Products tab.
Additional Information:
- You can check current stock levels, expected restocking times, product dimensions, photographs, and other details.
- Products will start syncing automatically once your platforms are connected to ERP on the API Manager page.
- Each product’s synchronization progress is visible.
It’s straightforward! You’ll be fully synchronized with our servers, with product and stock information relayed almost instantaneously without needing manual intervention.
Important Notes
- Artisan Furniture cannot assist with the technical aspects of your operations, such as end-to-end integrations, development of Webhooks or Plugins, system compatibility, storage costs, and maintenance. These must be set up at your own time and expense.
- In rare cases where multichannel partners like Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Wish, and OnBuy reject our data synchronization request, the data flow for that platform will stop functioning. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
- We are working on integrating a notification center within ERP so that any modifications to existing products will be automatically alerted to you. Unless you enable the data to be resynced, the system will display the products as “Not Synced.”
- All data is provided as raw data; therefore, any enhancements for your customers or website must be done on your end.
- Please be aware that, as with any new project, there may be initial issues and bottlenecks as we onboard clients into the ERP module. Rest assured, we will address all difficulties and streamline the procedure as quickly as possible. We will resolve any issues found in the beta version.
