Storage & Fulfillment Program (Canada)
Storage & Fulfillment by Artisan Furniture is a brand-new option that we are excited to provide to our customers. It is the 4th program available alongside the existing Dropship, Trade, and Wholesale programs.
We can give you four options under the fulfillment program if you lack the space and resources to keep and send the products. This program is especially important for clients that lack storage facilities or who are headquartered outside of Canada and want to take advantage of this market.
We can do this by allocating space in our Canadian Distribution Centre where your stock is held, and we would designate these spaces as ‘buckets’.

How It Works
- Sign up to www.artisanfurniture.ca and opt for the fulfillment program.
- Restock the bucket depending on the capacity and pay for the products.
- Place orders on the fulfillment portal to ship products out of your bucket.
- View your performance on the fulfillment dashboard.

Delivery Details
- Free delivery within Canada, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.
- Packaging follows mail-order packaging guidelines to ensure product safety.
- Smaller items and accessories are shipped via a parcel service, with tracking available in the customer dashboard.
- Larger items require signed proof of delivery for record-keeping.
- Delivery notifications: Customers receive a text message confirming the delivery date if a mobile number is provided.
- Delivery staff call on the way for the initial attempt.

How Our Fulfillment Program Differs from a 3PL / Storage Arrangement
We provide a comprehensive supply chain solution from ‘factory floor to end customer door’ with value additions such as free shipping within Canada, a selection of thousands of SKUs, bespoke product development, and multiple product pricing options. We offer a simple, unified, and composite monthly cost with no hidden fees or additional costs per activity (labeling, pick and pack, inventory management, etc.). Additionally, if you discard products from your bucket, no disposal charges apply.
Small home decor accessories do NOT count towards your bucket capacity because they have insignificant volume, meaning you can store unlimited small decor accessories without exceeding the bucket’s capacity.
Limitations of the Fulfillment Program
- Only Artisan Furniture Canada products are available as part of the fulfillment program.
- Once you sign up, there is a lock-in period of 3 months.
- Fixed monthly fulfillment charges apply depending on the program type.
- No ‘sale or return’ policy – once the products are in your bucket, they cannot be reversed or sold back to Artisan Furniture.
- Unsold products can be collected from the warehouse or shipped to your location (charges apply).
- The returns policy applies to all bucket types.
- Cross-border shipments from fulfillment buckets are not permitted due to operational, tax, and customs constraints.
- Once an order (including backorders) is placed into the fulfillment bucket, it cannot be canceled.
Closing Your Fulfillment Account
If the fulfillment program does not work for you, you may withdraw from it and continue using your customer account for Dropship, Trade, and Wholesale.
You must provide written notice 30 days before the expiration of your bucket. If you fail to provide a valid address for product collection, the items will be disposed of without reimbursement.
If you breach our terms and conditions or our commercial interests no longer align, we will provide a 2-month notice to vacate the bucket.
