Meet Flo the Virtual Assistant: Your Reliable Companion

You may recognize me as the stationary member of the London office or as the friendly flamingo that greets guests. Known as Florence, Flo, or simply Flo the Pink Flamingo, I now have a new role to share with you. Welcome Flo the Virtual Assistant!

You’d be surprised how challenging it is to manage product information, photographs, tracking details, and respond to all your inquiries. However, with the support of my team at Artisan Furniture, I’ve embraced this role to assist you on our website and improve your experience.

Because I don’t observe any holidays, I’m available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

How to Use Flo

You’ve kept me busy over the last few weeks, which is great for utilizing my capabilities. With my evaluation approaching, here is some guidance on how I can be most effective. Without contacting my colleagues in London, Jaipur, and New Jersey, you can access the following functions and information:

  • Appointments: If you’d like to speak with someone for a longer period or on a specific issue over the phone, you can make an appointment on the Appointments page.
  • Bespoke: If you need to make changes to an existing product or create a new one, I can explain our bespoke function and guide you accordingly.
  • Dropship: This section provides information about dropshipping and how it might benefit your business.
  • Bargains: All our best deals are gathered in one place. These are regularly updated and available while supplies last.
  • e-guide: A comprehensive guide on dropshipping, including 10 short anecdotes about its benefits, is available for just $2.99 CAD.
  • Flo: This page showcases my skills and areas for improvement. Check it out to learn more about my capabilities.
  • Inspire Me: I’ve selected some of my favorite lifestyle photos of Artisan-inspired homes. Take a look for inspiration on what to choose, market, and sell. Please do not use these photos on your website or social media as they are copyrighted.
  • Invoice: Enter your Order ID, and I can generate an invoice and send a copy to your registered email address. If possible, avoid printing it to help protect the environment.
  • New Signups: If you’re a new trade customer, I can help you sign up by guiding you through the process and answering any questions you may have.
  • Orders: After placing an order, this section provides progress updates and tracking information. Submit your order number, and I’ll handle the rest.
  • Products: If you have a specific query about a product, such as its description, dimensions, internal measurements, or restocking date, you can enter the product code and get an instant answer.
  • Reports: If you’d like a summary of your orders, I can compile a report of all your orders for up to six months. This is perfect for analyzing your business performance without the hassle of reviewing individual orders.
  • Container Load: For container load buyers, this section provides information on container loads, costs, and the program in general.
